What data I collect
When you submit the claim form, I collect:
your claim code
your email address
If you choose to leave a payment, payment processing will be handled by Stripe. I do not store your full card details.
If you choose to subscribe to updates, I will also store your email for marketing purposes.
Why I collect it
I use this information to:
match your claim code to the correct photo set
email your photos to you
process optional payments if you choose to make one
send occasional updates only if you have opted in
Lawful basis
I use your claim code and email address because they are needed to fulfil your request and send the photos you asked for.
If you opt in to marketing emails, I use your consent for that purpose.
Marketing
You will only receive occasional emails about future shoots, offers, or updates if you actively opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long I keep your data
Claim form data is only kept for as long as reasonably necessary to match your code, send your photos, and manage any related follow-up.
Claim requests are typically deleted within 30 days unless there is an ongoing enquiry, payment issue, or legal reason to keep them longer.
Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted.
